Insanity…?

What exactaly is insanity? When you ponder things that aren’t normally pondered by the human mind? Or maybe when one creates one’s own fanticsy land. You see, just a minute ago I was in the shower(odd place huh?) pondering about subjects that are usually lock behind a maximum security gate in my head.(What? I have a very…odd imagination)…(:P) Things such as ex-boyfriends. Don’t run screaming for the door though. You see, I was just thinking about how he broke up with me. It was his B-day(how convenient) and he asked me out. Who was I to not say yes(it may seem that I am mean and black-hearted, but I am certainly not that bad)

So we went out for 5 days. Then he broke up with me. Big surprise, not really, some how I had kinda expected it. But folks the best part is…-dramatic music-…he wrote me a letter.-audience awwws-(aww dammit!) I have been trying tofigure out why he broke up with me in the first place, but to no luck. He still annoys the fuck out of me though. Taylor said that he told her it was because I was, get this, jealous of other girls he hung out with. I didn’t even like the damn fool! So, back to the original subject, I’ve concluded that either he just isn’t ready to hold a steady relationship, or hes gay.(not the happy gay people)  And yes I do have a hell of a lot of time on my hands. You decide, am I insane, or do I just need to get a life? Personally I’m going towards the second Option. Cause if i’m going insane…then i rub off of Lin-z and Hannah…I new they’d drive me insane one of these days. Anywayz, bored-as-hell here at your service, signing off, peace&rock on!

Dance Drama

Hello! My name is Cyndi, and I guess I’ll be writing anything important that happens in my here.

The first the I suppose would be what happened today at school. I didn’t go to the dance because of certain circumstances. I was up in one of the class rooms watching a boring show about drunk driving with several other students. One of my friends suddenly came into the room and sat down at the desk next to me, putting his head down. I asked him several times what was wrong but he would say nothing. After school ended a couple of my friends were talking about it and told me what had happened. He had requested a Slipnot song and he was sent out of the dance and told he had ISS.(In school suspension) I found this unfair and so did my friends. We decided to talked to our principle about it. I couldn’t go because of other plans(against my own will!) My friends went without me then later told me what had went on.

They went into the school and talked to the principle about the occurrence. His exact words were “So?…What do you want me to do about it?” To me that was a terrible thing to say. because of that I have decided to write the principle a letter. This letter is just a brainstormish draft I’ll post it again when I update it.

To who it may concern,

I have become concerned about the dances that have been occurring during school hours. They have become overly unfair to students. There are a few issues that I wish to discus within this letter. The first is the lack of varied music genres and the second is when this dance is being held.

During this social event only rap and R&B is played. Not all people like that kind of music, Rock and Country are examples of other music genres that people at the school like. At the last dance an individual requested a rock song and was given a punishment because of it. The decision made by the chaperons was both unnecessary and insensible.

The second issue that I would like to address is having the dance during school hours. Students that are not going to the dance are sent to a room in which they are told to watch a boring movie and take notes on it. They are no permit to talk to their friends or do anything but watch the movie or put their head down. There are about four sensible reasons that they did not go to the dance.he reasons are as follows; they received a office referral or something of the sort, they did not want to go, the student didn’t have the money to go, or they didn’t get the permission slip signed, weather it be from a religious reason or plainly their parents or legal guardians did not wish for them to go.

It is understandable that Students that have done something to deserve a punishment to have this privilege taken away from them. Although they should be separated from the other students not attending the dance. Students that do not have the money or can not go for religious reasons should not be treated as the other students. They should at least be given some work for different teachers to do while their peers are in the gym “havin’ a grand old time”. Instead the young adults are placed along with the other students forbidden to speak, draw, or do anything other than either sleep or watch a boring movie.

For the stated reasons above it would be in best interest to take into consideration preforming the social event after school hours, and play a variety of music genres.

Sincerely,

Concerned Student
